Expo 2024 Exhibitor Information

This conference is expected to draw 450-500 occupational safety, health & environmental professionals.
Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Cost for each standard vendor exhibiting in the exhibit hall is $700.00. Lobby booths are also available for $825.00 each. See Exhibitor Packet for full information.
Highlights of the exhibitor opportunity include:
- 9’ x 6’ Exhibit space with skirted table and 2 chairs.
- Full registration for two people for the day (includes two lunches). Extra badges are available at an additional cost of $50.00 per person (does not include session attendance).
- Only 36 booths available in the expo hall
- Ten (10) special booths available in the lobby area (Lobby Booth Cost: $825.00).
- Refreshment and lunch tables in exhibit area to draw attendees.
- All vendors receive a list of attendees approved information.
- Vendors advertising and marketing for the length of the conference on the conference website and signage at the conference.
- New for 2024. Vendors will have increased exposure through the conference app. The app provides increased advertising and marketing, and networking capabilities with conference attendees.

No on-site registration for Exhibitors will be allowed. It is each exhibitor’s responsibility to confirm.
