Gene Mattis is Director–Risk Control Services for PMA Companies. He brings over 25 years of safety and health management and risk control consulting experience in both the private sector and insurance industry. He has presented at numerous local, regional, and national conferences on topics related to safety, health and risk management leadership. Mr. Mattis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Science and Management from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh. He has also earned the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
