Greg is responsible for the design, implementation and management of B&A’s safety and risk management programs. This includes identifying specific safety and risk management needs of the company and ensuring proper mitigations are in place to manage exposures. He also oversees B&A’s team of internal safety professionals.
In his 20+ years in the industry, Greg has become an expert at creating and conducting construction-specific safety training. His extensive experience includes managing safety on construction projects in complex, logistically challenging and sensitive environments.
Under his leadership, Bulley & Andrews has earned several safety awards including the Chicagoland Associated General Contractor’s (CAGC) Safety Excellence Award in the 500,000+ exposure hours category in 2024 and 2021 and the CAGC’s Safety Innovation Award in 2022. Greg was responsible for implementing new safety standards for B&A’s headquarters and project sites during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. He is a past president and board member of the American Society of Safety Professionals, Northeastern Illinois chapter and advisory board member of the Northern Illinois University Environmental Health and Safety program.
Greg is an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) and Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS).
He lives in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago with his family and is an avid sports fan. He can be found most days cheering on his two passions, the Chicago Cubs or Notre Dame football.
Brittany Selin is a Senior Safety Manager at Bulley & Andrews, where she manages safety on a variety of large construction projects in the Chicagoland area, northern Indiana, and Wyoming. Prior to working for Bulley & Andrews, Brittany spent seven years working as the Safety Director for All-Tech Decorating co., overseeing the safety program.
In her time working in the industry, she is very active in the safety community, serving as the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) NEIL Chapter President, on the board for the Chicagoland Associate General Contractors (AGC), and works on the Chicagoland Safety, Health and Environmental Conference steering committee.
Brittany is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST), and Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS).
In her free time, Brittany enjoys hiking with her dog, and working in her flower gardens.
