Tim Janis is a Safety Professional with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology (Safety) from Northern Illinois University in 1993 and an MBA from Benedictine University in 2007. His career spans working with specialty and general contractors and insurance carriers, leading safety efforts on heavy civil and building projects. He also served as a Firefighter with the Winfield Fire Protection District, retiring as Lieutenant. In 2022, he joined the Construction Safety Council as a Safety Training Specialist.
