Jonathan Neubauer is Vice President and Partner at Workplace Learning System, specializing in safety culture development, organizational change, and employee engagement. He began his career in environmental remediation before moving into safety in 2005, providing fall protection training and consulting to global wind energy companies. In 2008, Jon joined EnPro Industries, where he held regional and global EHS leadership roles. During this time, he helped develop the tools and practices that became the foundation of Workplace Learning System, now supporting organizations worldwide in achieving sustainable safety culture transformation.
