1) Understand recent areas of enforcement
2) Discuss areas of future emerging regulations
3) Learn about resources for keeping up to date
Environmental compliance enforcement has had ups and downs, often affected by budgets, administrations, and public opinion. In this session, we’ll look at recent Agency data regarding enforcement trends. We’ll discuss the scope, types, and results of inspections, as well as how facilities can prepare for inspections and avoid penalties. Further, we’ll tap into our (very nearly opaque) crystal ball and make some predictions of what may be the next areas of emphasis in terms of agency rulemaking, regulation, and eventual enforcement. Look forward to an interactive presentation and discussion!
