Maribeth Anderson, MPA, CSP, is Principal of Safety & Risk Resilience Consulting, advising senior leaders on strengthening safety culture, identifying organizational risk, and building long‑term resilience. With more than 25 years of global experience across oil and gas, manufacturing, water, and aviation, she has led enterprise risk, safety, security, and resilience programs that drive lasting cultural change. A seasoned crisis practitioner, Maribeth has guided organizations through events including 9/11, Deepwater Horizon, major hurricanes, the COVID‑19 pandemic, and geopolitical disruption, bringing strategic clarity and steady leadership in moments of uncertainty.
