1. Identify practical AI applications across core safety functions to improve the efficiency and quality of time spent.
2. Apply AI tools to produce compliant and thorough safety documentation and reports, using real prompts and workflows demonstrated live during the session.
3. Walk away with immediately usable AI strategies tailored to your experience level, whether you are just getting started or ready to deepen an existing AI-assisted workflow.
Safety professionals are stretched thin. Managing compliance documentation, incident follow-up, and internal safety communication leaves little room for the strategic work that actually moves the needle. This session shows how AI tools can function like a capable assistant: interpreting and applying regulatory guidance, producing JHA/JSA write-ups, preparing impactful reports for leadership, and enhancing communication with frontline workers, targeted specifically for your organization. Whether attendees are approaching AI as beginners or having already integrated it into their EHS processes, they will see real, practical demonstrations and leave with skills and tools they can actually use.
