Heather Chapman is a visionary leader in occupational health and safety, dedicated to modernizing risk through technology and human-centric strategies. As the Founder of Paradigm Safety, she consults with organizations to build proactive, resilient safety cultures that move beyond mere compliance.
In her roles as Risk and Solutions Advisor at Inseer, Inc. and CompScience, Heather is evolving the risk services model. She bridges the gap between data science and frontline application, leveraging AI and computer vision to identify real-time MSD risks and enhance SIF prevention tools.
