This presentation will focus on how to create a culture of Ownership and Accountability in your workplace.  WLS has extensive experience creating highly performing teams that help transform a workplace from a culture of tolerance and reactivity to that of recognized individual authority and responsibility at all levels.  Organizations all state that they want an engaged workforce that “owns” safety, as well as other functional areas of the business.  Yet, almost every organization has failed to put a structure in place to allow for ownership and action.
