No matter where you go in safety, one constant remains: people. For years, our profession has focused on the technical aspects of our industries, often neglecting the human element except under Behavior-Based Safety (BBS). This presentation transcends the typical BBS model, delving into the core factors influencing personal choices. \"The Psychology of Choice\" explores the underlying reasons behind our decisions, beyond standard programs and protocols. Attendees will leave feeling challenged and inspired by the power of perspective.
