Scott Evans is a construction safety educator and creator of the Operational Integrity™ and Invisible Payload™ frameworks, focused on reducing SIF exposure through human‑risk mitigation. A veteran of the construction industry with nearly a decade at CEMEX, Scott blends lived experience—including surviving his own “Internal Fall™”—with boots‑on‑the‑ground insight from high‑acuity work environments. His Invisible PPE™ approach equips crews with practical tools to strengthen attention, decision‑making, and human sustainability on the jobsite. Scott is dedicated to the mission of “Way Up, Not Out™,” ensuring every worker returns home whole.
