While calling 911 is critical, response times can vary—and survival decreases by 7–10% with each minute without CPR and defibrillation. Employee-based Emergency Medical Response Teams (EMRTs) save lives by providing immediate, on-site care during those crucial first minutes prior to EMS arrival.
