1. Learn how to build and sustain a high-performing workplace EMRT, first responder team.
2. Discover training options for employee First Aid, CPR and AED certification.
3. Discover best practices for the most effective industrial EMRT, first responder teams.
In this session, you will learn how to build and sustain a high-performing workplace first responder team prepared to act when every second counts. We will cover best practices for developing, implementing, and managing employee-based emergency response teams, along with essential training and first aid equipment options. Consider this: if someone suffers sudden cardiac arrest at your workplace, would your team be ready to respond? While calling 911 is critical, response times can vary—and survival decreases by 7–10% with each minute without CPR and defibrillation. Employee-based Emergency Medical Response Teams (EMRTs) save lives by providing immediate, on-site care during those crucial first minutes prior to EMS arrival.
